Private Training

Working one-on-one with an instructor, private training will help you achieve your individual fitness goals through a unique, challenging exercise program tailored to your body. Private sessions are 55 minutes and by appointment only.

Semi-private

Semi-private training, with a maximum of four clients working out at once, provides a motivating, fun workout. Clients must have prior Pilates experience and be familiar with beginner Pilates exercises and safe use of the equipment. We can help you find partners at a level that is right for you. All semi-private sessions are 55 minutes and by appointment only.

Group

Group training, with 5 or more clients working out together, creates a fun, motivating workout. Group classes vary from mat classes to circuits using studio equipment. We can help you find partners at a level that is right for you. All group sessions are 55 minutes and by appointment only.
